Word has it that if he chooses to box Kubrat Pulev next in defence of his IBF, the WBO is likely to strip the champion and offer the Vacant spoils to Usyk and second ranked Parker.. ironically Joseph first won the title in a similar set of circumstances when he faced future champion Andy Ruiz for a Vacant belt..
