Lomachenko becomes two weight champion in fight number 7.

In only his seventh professional outing, WBO featherweight world champion Vasyl Lomachenko (6-1, 3 KOs) became a two-weight world champion by stopping WBO junior lightweight world champion Rocky Martinez (29-2-2, 17 KOs.)
Lomachenko patiently outmanoeuvred Martinez for four fast paced rounds before scoring a spectacular 5th round two punch KO, last night at the Theater at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
Double Olympic gold medalist Lomachenko displayed his trademark footwork and superb hand speed throughout to dominate Martinez before knocking him out with a left uppercut / right hook combination. Martinez looked shocked at how much power Lomachenko generated with the final shots and didn't attempt to rise..  Time was 1:09.
