Brook, Groves and Allen all take centre stage Saturday in Sheffield

This weekend is a huge one for some of Britains finest fighters across the board.. George Groves makes his fourth attempt at a world championship when he meets Fedor Chudinov in a challenge for the WBA super middleweight title at Bramall lane in Sheffield.. Heading the card is IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook, taking the bull by the horns once again as he faces possibly the most talented prospect in the division in Errol Spence Jr, only months after facing Gennady Golovkin at middleweight in what was the Sheffield mans only loss.. Always entertaining and fearless Heavyweight David Allen faces tough American based Jamaican Lenroy Thomas for the commonwealth title, after losing to highly regarded Dillian Whyte and Luis Ortiz..

A Brook victory would be one of the most impressive on UK soil in over a decade, while a Groves win is a distinct possibility considering the vast improvements he's made since a move to trainer Shane Mcguigan..

Allen has the opportunity to himself grab a valuable bargaining tool in the commonwealth belt, against a man who's record almost mirror images his own.. Thomas is durable and strong, having worked in Florida as sparring partner for former Allen opponent Luis Ortiz.. Victory could see Allen throw himself into the British title mix as Dillian Whyte moves towards the world title picture.
